The province of Málaga has a wine tradition dating back to Phoenician times. This excursion visits some of the most emblematic wineries of the Málaga and Sierras de Málaga designations of origin. The tour begins at Antigua Casa de Guardia winery, founded in 1840 in El Palo, where Málaga sweet wines are tasted straight from the barrel. It continues to the Axarquía region, where muscatel wine wineries are visited in Almáchar and Comares, with vineyards on stunning slopes. The excursion includes a guided tasting of at least 6 wines, pairing with local cheeses and cured meats, and a visit to a wine museum. Approximate duration: 6 hours. Departure from central Málaga.
